The cost cards

# Price the care, not just the medicine.

Request a written quote with each charge named. Ask what the price covers, how long it lasts and what happens when an offer ends.

Ask it in plain words

What would the whole plan cost me?

## Check the price and its terms

As of September 26, 2026, the maker listed prices from $299 to $699 for a monthly supply of Zepbound (tirzepatide) paid for without insurance. This range covers vials, small medicine bottles, or the KwikPen, an injection pen that holds medicine for several shots.

The exact price depends on the medicine strength and refill terms. This range does not cover the pen that holds only one shot, or the full cost of care.

The published savings terms list December 31, 2026, as their last day. Quotes for later dates need a fresh check.

- Ask for the exact product and form in the quote.

- Ask what supply period the price covers.

- Ask about the price after any offer and after a delayed refill.

- Use your actual quote in the worksheet, rather than the low end of a range.

### Ask which care charges are extra

In the sample checked on September 26, 2026, online-care offers commonly had a monthly membership charge and a separate charge for medicine.

A membership price and a medicine price answer different questions. Ask the service to put them on the same quote.

- The first visit and any later visits.

- Membership fees, including a minimum commitment.

- Tests and the work of reviewing results.

- Delivery, supplies and any separate handling fees.

### Get the exit terms before paying

Include the cost of a change of mind. Read the terms with the quote in front of you, and ask about any point you cannot explain back.

- What is owed if treatment is declined?

- Which charges are refundable, and which are not?

- Does cancelling care also stop medicine orders?

- How do I end the membership, and when does billing stop?
