Tirzepatide questions you can take along

Tirzepatidecare notes

From broad to clear

A useful answer gives you something to check.

A friendly reply may still leave you guessing. Turn broad words into a name, a document, a cost breakdown or a clear next step.

When the reply is about a licence or training

State medical boards keep doctors' licence records. They also report steps taken against a doctor for breaking rules, such as limiting a licence. The details shown differ by state.

  • Ask for the person treating you's full name and licence details.
  • Ask which board holds the record for that person's role.
  • Compare the record with the name you were given.
  • Ask about anything in the record you do not understand.

When the reply is about the product

Ask for the exact name and form in writing. Keep a statement about the medicine separate from a statement about the business.

  • As recorded on September 26, 2026, FDA has not approved medicine prepared to order. A pharmacy licence does not confer approval on that medicine.
  • If the reply says made to order, ask how the medicine is changed and the reason for that change.
  • If the reply says branded, ask which brand and which form.

When the reply is about price or support

Request terms that still make sense after the first conversation. Bring the question back to what is included and who is responsible.

  • Ask whether the price includes medicine and later visits.
  • Ask when a discount ends and what price follows it.
  • Ask whose job it is to read messages once the visit ends, and how to contact that person.
  • Ask for the cancellation terms before making a payment.
